ICSA Software International is part of the software company of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA), which was established in England by King Henry the VIII, and which is the recognized authority on global governance and regulatory issues in the private, public and non-profit sectors. ICSA Software International is the world’s largest supplier of compliance, reporting and regulatory software to professional corporate Secretaries in Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia and most recently North America. When ICSA International opened its North American operations, HEH was tasked with importing the global ISCA International brand and establishing it here in the US and Canada. As part of this process, HEH has provided advertising management services and created purpose-built marketing materials for use by North American sales teams.
